Become a professional learner

In the software industry one should learn by synthesizing with all information he or she gathered, if one needs to be the best craftsmanship. A classroom-based teaching is not suffice as a Software developer.

The more you sythesize the more you get experience and the more one becomes a professional and the experiences grows.

Though we still value eduaction but experience is more imporatant in the software industry.
